Turned our whole house organic, thrown out the chemicals and anything with unhealthy additives, preservatives and colours! Plus I also took out red meat and chicken at least 10 years ago. My children are voracious vegetable/fruit and natural food eaters. So the ultimate thing I've achieved to stay healthy is remembering to give myself a massive pat on the back for having such awesome children. My only suggestion is that there needs to be more advertising as they are so hard to find in the supermarket as they are on the bottom shelves near the jellies.
