Ooooh! Everything looks absolutely heavenly. That looks like your beautiful daughter. I think the only afternoon tea we ever had was at Blenheim. Nothing fancy like yours though. I believe it was the first time we tried clotted cream. Mmmm... Your plate of desserts with that amazing looking flan looks simply terrific! Sighhhh....
Tonight temptation came in the form of these delectable confections that are calling me to go to tea in Boston. And I'd sworn off sweets. Damn-u, Lilly!
Oh My Lordy! What a GORGEOUS Display of goodies....How do you make choice---One of Everything?? (lol)....A Sumptious Afternoon Tea in a BEAUTIFUL Room....! Is that there in Melbourne, my dear? I want ALL the Flanb and EVERYTHING Chocolate!! Right Now!
Oh where did that comment go? Poo. OK, I'm definitely going to find you when I come to Oz next time and we're going to meet somewhere that looks like this :) xoxo
WOWEEE !! What a gorgeous sight - just looking at all that food laid out so beautifully makes me feel as though I've been there and have enjoyed it thoroughly... Thanks!
Ahhh, the Windsor! Those pictures must be taken in the dining room. Didn't know they put on a spread like that. The rest of the place seems a little tatty in places. But has a lovely olde worlde feel. A great pub to stay in (if one ever has reason to visit to Melbourne) mainly because there are always taxis waiting out the front.
Oh Lilly, how beautiful that is! What pretty pictures you took!
ReplyDeleteHow yummy!
How mouth-watering! Delicious!
I hope you had an absolutely wonderful time!
sweet pictures

Love your photos Lilly! Isn't it fun dining at "High Tea".
ReplyDeleteI'll be 'highteaing' at the Queen Victoria Building in Sydney shortly.
I bet the diners must have thought you were some type of food photographer or reporter taking all those photos.
Looks like you are happy and well my friend, so keep shining won't you.
Big heart hugs

Wow! Looks totally yum.
ReplyDeleteBTW how do you get away with taking photos at posh restaurants? Don't the waiter tell you off? ... or fee out of place.
I'm easily embarrassed :)
*gasp* it all looks so beautiful!
