I failed to get to sweet bula with the link you included - Page Load error. I did some searching (always up for a challenge) and found the site. I noticed the URL has ".au" (I bet you know that one) and your link ended in ".com".
It would not surprise me if different ISP's would be able to resolve the link and other's not. But your link above didn't work from comcast.net here in the US.
